Esperas Houses, offers you the unique opportunity to experience the traditional cave houses of Santorini. The houses are located a five-minute walk from the center of the picturesque village of Oia, exclusively situated on the edge of a hanging Cliffside, overlooking the breathtaking sunset of the Aegean sea.
Given its dramatic position and blend with the environment, Esperas Houses, has created a sense of peaceful balance between modern comfort and tradition.
It is a refreshing achievement to find a swimming pool carefully carved on the side of such a cliff. Accompanied by a pool bar, a sunbathing terrace with umbrellas, stretchers and deck chairs, pleasure and relaxation are guaranteed.
Within a short distance, at the bottom of the cliff lies the port of Amoudi with its picturesque taverns and its small pebbly beach.

Esperas Houses consists of 17 houses in total (3 Studios, 4 Traditional houses, 5 Traditional Superior Houses,
2 Traditional Villas, 1 Traditional Superior Villa and 2 Suites).
All houses are fully equipped with Individual controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, music, direct dial phone, room safe deposit, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchenette.

Open plan bedroom with dinning area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private balcony with sea view.
Esperas Traditional Houses (4 Traditional Houses)
Open loft bedroom, sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private balcony with sea view.
Esperas Traditional Superior Houses (5 Traditional Superior Houses)
Either separate bedroom, or open loft bedroom, sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private balcony with sea view.
Esperas Traditional Villas (2 Traditional Villas)
Two bedrooms (one separate bedroom, second bedroom half open-plan with living room area) sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, 1 or 2 bathrooms, private balcony with sea view.
Esperas Traditional Superior Villas (1 Traditional Superior Villa)
Two separate bedrooms (one double & one twin bedroom), sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, one bathroom and one separate second toilet, private balcony with sea view and balcony from the master bedroom.
